No Broadband service

Made a call to Now on 1st of June telling them I'm moving house, I was told 7th of June I will have the broadband service in my new house. But then I received a message told me there's a delay, and no update.  I called Now again and he's said he will escalate to the technical team, but no one contacted me since then and I still don't know when my broadband is going to have service.

Keep calling the broadband team . However NOW are fully reliant on OpenReach for sorting out the network.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
