NOW Hub2 wifi is very poor, anyone know how I can setup and use my previous Plusnet Hub 2?

I have had the Now 2 router for 3 weeks and very dissapointed in the wifi coverage, I have seperated the 2.4 abd the 5GHz channels and logged everything onto 2.4 GHz but picture in bedroom upstairs 15ft away just freezes constantly same with our mobile phones, can I use my old Plusnet 2 router as that has good coverage

That’s your best chance of an answer at the moment.

Also consider cheaply sourcing a Sky SR203 router off eBay, as a direct replacement for the Now hub, but with markedly superior WiFi, they tell me.
