NOW DNS servers really slow

Does anyone else find the NOW DNS server really slow and often jus doesn't work? I know it their server as my webpages are really snappy when I change to google.dns/8.8.8.8.

Its frustrating that I have to do this on each device as it seems you can't change it on the NOW Hub.

That isfrustrating. You could change to an aftermarket router like TP-Link 2800 or something similar, although you wont be able to get any support from [voucher code removed] regardng it but it would save you the slow DNS hastle.
