My Sky TV, broadband and Netflix finished yesterday. I set up my Now TV router and all was fine. Woke up this morning and my WiFi isn’t working. Will it be down to the phone line as Sky has now been cancelled?

Depends, how did you go about "cancelling"? Did you let NOW do all the leg work and let them do the cancelling on your behalf?
If so then you should have seen no interruption in service at all.
