Chromecast doesn't work with NOW broadband

Have tried everything - factory reset included. There seems to be an issue with Chromecast any my Now WiFi that is blocking Chromecast from connecting.

What about splitting the wifi bands on the NOW Hub 2 Router and if that doesn't help disable IPV6 on the NOW Hub 2 Router.

I own a first generation, second generation and third generation Chromecasts and no problems for me using Chromecast with the NOW Hub 2 Router using the above changes in the Router settings.
