Loss of internet after changing SSID

I have changed the SSID and password on my router and lost the internet connection, any clues?

What happens if you set it back to the old SSID and password?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

You then have to go to every device that you have on WiFi and set the new SSID and password on each one.

Why have you made this change?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
