When you launch the app are you seeing a QR code?
At the bottom left you should see “close”, the selection will already be on this and you only need to press ok/enter on your remote. You will then be taken to the homepage, which you need to scroll all the way to the bottom, where you will see a row of options, one being your account.
In there is where you get the option to sign in.
