Charged more than expected

The amount I owe, at least according to an email, is cheaper than the amount I was recently made to pay by NowTV. I want an explanation, which I have not been given, as well as a refund (if applicable). Thanks!

And you won’t ever get it from staff on here. Broadband support have never posted on here.

You need to call them, see link for number. Call centre times are 8am-8pm.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
