Hi there.
I’ve signed up for 7 day free trial, using my Apple TV device. I can see the Pass & renewal price/date in my subscription area of my Apple ID.
NowTV works fine on Apple TV device, but I seem unable to connect my iPad to watch it. I have logged in to NowTV on my iPad safari and created a password for the account (it would not accept my Apple ID password) but it will not let me manage devices. When it says play NowTV on a device to add, I try and play NowTV on my iPad, and it says I need an Entertainment Pass to watch anything I click on.

ps. Just checked Apple TV now I’ve added a password to Apple ID address ... still plays OK !!

Also i am assuming you have downloaded the NowTV App from your iPad Apps Store, where NowTV will not work when watching via an internet browser on the NowTV website using an IOS mobile device.

Thank you so much for swift reply. Your first link was extremely helpful and was exactly my issue 😉 I followed the steps and seem to be up and running on my iPad thank you. Slightly unsure as to when my free trial ends now (my Apple TV started couple of days ago) but no bother ... definitely need one months subscription anyway so all should become clear in coming days. Have you checked on My Account > Manage Account > My Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here to see your passes ?
Or by going to your iTunes account ?
To be honest i am not that familiar with iTunes.
