Have waited in all afternoon as requested when I placed my order1 till 6 engineer will visit 5.40phone call engineer not coming have completely lost it as I have had a full afternoon of work and am not rea ranging a appointment to have the same done again
I have told them I want compensating to what they said 15 pound bill credit
have told them to cancel the order and logged a official complaint if I do not get any reply I will go to offcom
Also still haven’t had confirmation that my order has been cancelled anybody else had this problem
