hi there
I noticed an unknown device attached to our WiFi which I couldn’t identify, and we’ve been having frequently slow internet for the past 5 weeks more often than not dropping internet connection entirely.
i decided to change the name of the 2.5ghz wireless to split the network, and also changed the password to kick off the unknown device.
however - this has now meant that I can no longer access the wireless router settings which I didn’t realise would happen.
does anyone know how to get this back so I can access the router settings?
thanks in advance!

Hi @Anonymous User
I have the NowTV Hub 2 Router and never had any issue accessing the Router once i split the 5ghz and 2.4 ghz wifi bands on the Hub.
Use these instructions which worked for me.
Your Hub Two is dual-band (2.4GHz and 5 GHz). Splitting these bands to create 2 different Wi-Fi networks can help to improve the speed to your devices. Here’s how to do it:

I think I’ve found the solution - I can still access the router setting on the original wireless 5ghz frequency.
does anyone know if I sync the two ghz settings again whether this will lose the back end settings entirely? Or should I be able to access again as normal?

Hi @Anonymous User
Factory reset the NowTV Hub Router by holding the reset button on the back of the router for about 15 seconds, then access the router settings with your internet browser using 192.168.0.1 in your url address bar and when prompted enter admin & nowtv has your username and your password.
Then change your SID Name and SSID password from the Hub Router default settings and make any other settings you wish to make from default.

Thanks buddy! I found I could access the setting back through the 5ghz network eventually but yes I can confirm this works! Thanks for your help on the above! 🙌
