Activation date past but still not able to get broadband

Hi all, 

 

I am writing in regards to my router, i was due to be live on the 28th of this month (Feb 2024).

It states my line is fine, it can find my hub but still I have no light on the Internet part, only green power and green wireless.

I have a master socket with 2 female ports, one has a router image and the other a phone image.

I have out the broadband cable from the one with he router sign in to the back of my hub and still saying I have no internet, any help is appreciated. It's 00:27am here in Scotland so unable to get through to support or technical help.

Now Broadband Support should be open for business again now.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

The call centre operates 8am to 8pm. Broadband staff never post on here, see this link for the purpose of the forum.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
