Generally Slow Internet Speeds

Hey guys,

 

I hope everyone is keeping well and healthy during these times. 

 

For the past month or slow I've had generally slow internet speeds across 2.4 & 5Ghz on multiple devices throughout the day, not just the evening. 

 

I've been sent 3 new routers now after bringing up the issue (only when there's been over 1 week of poor internet connection). 

 

They have supposedly checked my line and it comes up healthy.

 

It's disappointing because I pay for the 60mbps tier and I don't think I've got that since the first month of switching to NowTV. 

 

The last three speed tests I got were: 14.85, 15.09 & 10.50mbps.

 

Devices connected to internet with slow speeds:

iMac

Macbook

iPhone

Xbox

 

Chrome is the fastest for me, but I still notice slow speeds on Safari. 

 

Ping is usually <10. 

 

Is there anything I can do - I don't want to continue paying for the 60 tier if I don't get that.
