Engineer not turned up

I had an appointment for today 3/7/18 between 8am and 1pm (Its now 2pm) i have phoned the engineer who is nowhere near my area and he made them aware of that last night. He said another engineer should of turned up in his place. No sign of anyone and no contact number other than the engineer who isnt in the area. Any advice or number will be appreciated. Tia

You should be able to find the telephone helpline number for the nowtv broadband team by going to My Account > Track My Order on here and click on the drop down arrows to expand the information where there should be a telephone contact number.

If there is no number showing, then try looking in My Account > My Package (under moving home).
