I’m due to be connected with the broadband tomorrow but the box hasn’t arrived how do I contact to find out where is it?

If you go to My Account > Track My Order on here and click on the drop down arrow to expand the information there should be a telephone number for broadband customers.
Also, i believe when you received the confirmation email of your broadband order towards the bottom of the email in the small print section there should also be a telephone helpline number.
