NOWTV Broadband

I’ve received my now tv broadband hub today, I’ve connected it up even though the box says not to until my activation date which is 09th July. 

Does anyone know if the broadband will activate before this date or if I will have to wait until Monday for it to be active. Seems stupid I have the box but can’t use it.

Unfortunately you will have to wait until the activation live date on the 9th of July.

Just remember that the switch over could happen any time up until midnight on the live activation date (in your case on the 9th of July).

I have done two nowtv broadband switch overs for family members and for me both went smoothly, where one broadband service went live about 6pm and the other went live about 7.30 pm.

With both systems i left the old router in place and kept using the existing ISP until the internet stopped working and then plugged in the new nowtv hub routers and waited a few hours until all 3 green lights was showing on and then you are good to go Smiley Happy
