I'm having the same problem, but I don't think you can upgrade online yet. Although it seems they have plans to permit that in future. For now, I think we will have to phone them direct and talk to a Customer Service Person

Just what service are you currently on, and what do you want to move to?
Are you out of contract, and have you checked just what other suppliers can offer?
