Hi I live in Dorset, but get Guildford local news. I should get southwest not southeast regional news. Any help?? I have tried to so call tune it in as directed on my Now Tv, but nothing works. It goes on to the south east/ london news

shows when light is on, but every now and then goes off and on, including the one in the hall when the green middle light goes orange or off.
