Because I’m already a customer with tv packages, the website tells me to call them. When I call them, I go through the motions and it tells me they’re getting someone to talk to me... then they go on about coronavirus, thank me for my call, tell me to go on the website to order then hang up.
like I said, the website tells me I have to phone to order.
guess they don’t want new customers? 😬
