Buying Now broadband

I switched over to NOW TV Broadband earlier today. However, after switching (my start date was scheduled for April 25th), I was informed by BT that I would be liable to pay £320+ because I was still under contract. After phoning BT and being told that that figure was correct even though I was sure it wasn't, I reluctantly phoned NOWTV to cancel my broadband. An hour or so after I cancelled with NOWTV, BT phoned me up to say that those cancellation costs were incorrect because I was outside my minimum contract period. So when I have tried to rebuy NOWTV Broadband on the website, it says that the broadband is unavailable at my address. How can I rebuy this broadband/uncancel my order?

I would try live chat and ask them if you can be transferred to the broadband team.
