Hi, i received my Now router and the date to go live was on 13 this month..after they took my first payment (in that day) I’ve plugged in and wait for the internet to work .but didn’t ..not even now after 2 days it’s not ..so I don’t have any internet but everything in my account seems fine..what should I do?
