Broadband loosing connection

Since I switch to now broadband my I ternet losing connection, on the hub I still got 3 green lights but internet not working at all, I have to power off and power on hub to start internet again. It's dropping connection usually at night and in the morning, any ideas ?

Do you have SkyQ tv hub or anything else that broadcasts wifi that could be causing it, is it in the 2.5ghz or 5ghz range do you know? Also fridges, microwaves etc can cause problems?
