I just received my broadband and activation date was yesterday, but when I put in the password it says it is incorrect.

There should be a password on a little sticker, or on the bottom of the router somewhere.
one is usualy the wifi pass word and the other the admin/route config password.
if it doesnt work, try the re set button, if still no luck connect via ethernet, log into the router that way and navigate to the wifi settings
