How do I change the Password on my Now Router.

Is this WiFi password, or router admin password, you are trying to change?

And if it’s the WiFi password, are you trying to shake off someone piggy-backing on your system, as it may not be effective in doing that?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
