My address us shown on the list when trying to sign up for Broadband, but when I click on it an error message shows (have tried a few times on different browsers). There doesn't seem to be a telephone number, how can I sign up for this service?

What does the error message say? Switching between ADSL/FTTC services is becoming more limited as Openreach are restricting new connections in the build up to the closure of their copper network. You can try calling NOW on 0800 759 1213.
