Why does my Samsung TV not remember my login details. It reverts back to an old email address

When I log onto the NOW app on my Samsung TV, it always reverts back to an old email address, it never remembers my new account details, and I have to keep typing in the email and password

What happens if you delete the NOW App and download a fresh version from the Smart TV Apps Store ?

Or worse scenario factory reset the TV.

Also on my NOW devices, once i log in once i don't sign out and constantly remain logged in (can't remember the last time i logged out of the NOW App on my TV streaming devices).

Another thing to try is clear cache in your Samsung TV settings to see if it's remembering your old email address.
