I’ve previously had Now TV on my BT YouView and need to use a different email address and password. So I’ve logged out of the old one and logged into the new one. It works but once I’ve logged out it doesn’t remember the subscription I have and I need to log in again. It is hugely time consuming. I’ve tried to remove the original email address on the Now TV app on my phone but it seems to only offer the option of changing it.
This is complicated by the fact that this is a second address and BT box. I’m using the same email login as I use at the first address, as I’ve just found out I only need one subscription. But I’d previously had a subscription with the second box and I’m wondering if this is the problem. It doesn’t remember my new log in properly. I’m still logged in but it doesn’t recognise my subscription until I log out and then back in again.
Any ideas?
