Hi I have logged in to my now to account on my smart tv but it is only listing movies. I have an entertainment pass. Why is this not accessible? Thanks.

Which model number? And how is your NOW TV playback device connected to the internet. Is it via a wired or wireless (WiFi) ethernet connection?

Just to check are you watching on a NOW TV app built into your Samsung, or on a different device connected to your smart TV.
If you are watching on a YouView box connected to your TVthen unfortunately only movies are available on that device, not entertainment. But you should be able to watch entertainment on all other supported devices.

Only NOW TV's 'on-demand' movie/cinema service is available via YouView's platform...
