I have been trying to watch Now on my computer but every time I try to watch something I get the message, "Unfortunatley, we are unable to complete your purchase" I have checked several times and I am definitely still subscribed to entertainment and movies. I can get it to work on my Ps5 but it doesn't seem to work on my laptop.
I have also signed out of all devices but this has had no effect either. Anyone know what I could try next ?
