Lost sound

I get no sound when watching on my tv

Hi @Anonymous User

Have you tried switching off the power to your nowtv box for 30 seconds.

If that doesn't work,when your TV & box is switched off try disconnecting the HDMI cable on your TV and nowtv box, then re connect the HDMI cable again.

Should you be still having no luck, try a different HDMI port on your TV and possibly a replacement HDMI cable.
