Re: having issues, keep getting error code 5

Nowtv said i needed to update to watch, I am now getting error code 5, I am using a laptop, windows xp, I get the opputunity to abort, ignore and something else, I ignored and was unable to watch, I had to uninstall, I now have no way of watching. PLease help.

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

From what I understand, the only way you'll be able to access the NOW TV service via a Windows XP computer is by using the 'Internet Explorer' web browser and installing Microsoft's 'Silverlight' plug-in.
