NOWTV Player doesn't pop up when clicking on a video

Hi, 

 

Whenever I click on a video on chrome, a loading screen pops up breifly but NOWTV Player doesn't pop up with the video. I've reinstalled NOWTV Player and tried again it still doesn't work. I'm using windows 10. Any help is appreciated.

Have you tried the nowtv player with a different internet browser on your Windows PC such has Firefox or MS Edge ?

 

If you are still getting no joy, why don't you try the dedicated NowTV App from the Microsoft Store which is different to the nowtv player when using an internet browser.
