Buffering & Freezing

Does anyone know why the NowTv app freezes and buffers so much on my windows laptop? I've got 90mbps + according to Speedtest and all the other streaming service (BT sport, Amazon, NFL Gamepass) work fine.

This is the second time I've tried it and the second time its been un-watchable.

Have you got any other devices you can watch on? I am afraid the PC app is notoriously flaky, as a quick search across the forums will soon reveal.

Its running fine on my phone, just tried a second laptop with same results 😞

Can I Chromecast it to my laptop?

No, only to your TV.

Thank you for the responses, lugged my monitor down, seamless video now, just need to figure out a better speaker setup for next time.

Guess it's been asked many times before but how is the windows app so bad?

I wish I knew, but the consensus from posters here is that it is best avoided. You can reach out to NOW directly, but I doubt you will get very far.
