The payment is not a problem it restarts when on pause, without me touching it Roku, since the stupid layout whoever did that needs more it skills, as if I am in the kitchen and pause a program, after 5-10 minutes restarts, never did this before.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
