Pause stopped working (now tv stick)

Pause has stopped working on now tv stick (it is the Now branded one) trying to pause sport channels. I did a factory reset and still not working. Any suggestions to get it to work?

Nope.

I have reported it to the NOW Community Manager to pass onto the relevant NOW Team.

You could try live chat, but I doubt there is anything they can do until a fix is rolled out.
