Netflix App not working on Nowtv

Hi
My Netflix app has stopped working yesterday, i click on it and it goes to Netflix load up screen then goes back to the Nowtv screen?

My Netflix account is fine as it works on my iPad. I have uninstalled the app on Nowtv and reinstalled, I have also done a factory reset it still won’t connect. Can anyone help on what to do or what the issue is

Exactly the same thing happened to me on the same day. I have completed a factory reset on the NOWTV box, repeatedly removed and reinstalled Netflix app (which is working on all other devices, so not a Netflix issue).

 

I would be very glad of another idea of what to do...

I tweeted @nowtvhelp again and they responded very quickly with the following:-

 

"Its being looked into. We hope to know more soon."

 

It's not a "it's going to be fixed soon" message, but it's something! Let's hope it's resolved today before the weekend!

I’ve tweeted them, they responded & just said they were looking into it. That was a few days ago now & still not working for me either. I don’t think the issue is a priority for them.

Ours has stopped working on both our tv stick now devices last night. It still works on my sons xbox though. Frustrating.

Netflix is not working via our NowTV box, since today.  I have tried everything, that you have all tried.  It's so frustrating!

I have had an email from Nowtv today regarding this issue and they have now fixed it. 
I have checked and it’s working fine

Hi all,

 

Netflix have indeed put out a fix for this today. It should update automatically, incase it dosn't please try updating the box - here's how:

 

  • Start by pressing your NOW TV remote control buttons in this order:

Home x5
Fast Forward x3
Rewind x2

  • Select the Update Software option that appears on the next screen.
  • Press OK, even if you already have the latest version.

If you encounter any problems or the issue still persists please let me know.
