I don't use the ITV Hub App on my NOW branded devices, but have you done the basic stuff, like try and remove the App and add it again from your Apps Store.
Also if that doesn't work, maybe a reboot of your NOW branded device and Router.
Perhaps try a forced software update on your NOW device.

Another person over on Twitter has reported problems opening the ITV Hub today.
If none of my suggestions help, then over on NOW Twitter they have told the person who reported it to contact the third party App provider (ie ITV Hub) to report the problem.
