iOS app doesn’t play video

Hi,

 

I’m running the latest iPadOS on a 2021 iPad 12.9. The NOW TV app load up fine and I’m able to browse content. The issue is when I go to play content I just have a blank screen with a play button. When I tap the play button nothing happens. The only temporary fix I have is completely restart the iPad.

 

Has anyone else had this issue and if so is there a viable fix?

Don't know if this Tweet from NOW an another thread i replied on is relevant or not in your case, if you have already tried a fresh App download from your iPad Apps Store.
