Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

As already a member, I would not have thought of this.

I found the same Package rates in the 'now-calls-tariff-guide-may-23.pdf '

but I really needed an advisor as the Evening & Weekend Rates Package is not very easy to follow in this document. Better presented in the dummy new application though!
