Does it cost to ring NOW customer Services if you do not have a call package, by ringing them on 03300 412 462? Would they charge you for this call?

Nothing specific enough on that link. I think the answer is " yes they will charge you"

Pretty disgusting, as all I want to do is add a call package and give them more business.

Shame they scrapped the 0800 number...

Can you take a look at the complaints section for broadband based on the link in this thread. According to @Al8 the number is no longer active. Can you confirm or does it need updating?
