just recontracted broadband, now better deal comes along

Last year I took NOW Broadband Super Fiber for £22pm, also got £68 through Topcashback. 

22 days ago I recontracted for another 12 months. At the time they were saying everyone would face a £3.50pm increase on 5th July. I agreed to their offer of £23.50pm (this included the £3.50 increase) for 12 months. 

Today I have seen that they are now offering £21pm and I feel a bit peeved about this. Not only is that a £2.50pm saving, we could also have garnered Topcashback (~£60) by signing-up in someone else[in our household]'s name. 

I guess I have no hope of doing anything about my new contract now I am 22 days into it? Thanks
