I’ve just signed up for broadband and line rental through MoneySavingExpert and it stated that Sky Cinema Pass was £5.99 a month for 6 months. While going through the purchase process it said that the pass could be added at the end of the process but it’s now showing it as £11.99. Anyone else had this problem and will it revert to £5.99 when my phone/broadband goes live in 2 weeks time?

Hi @Anonymous User
Not familiar with this offer listed on Money Saving Expert Website, where NowTV have so many different offers and deals on the go i can never keep track of all of them.
If it was me i would get in touch with live chat or drop them a message from the link page below.

Apparently it wIll cost you £6/minute to phone. Which would eat up any savings you could make in no time.
And given it is an external link, not something they would help with either. Suggest you provide the link to the money saving expert link here and you might get some advice.
And as for getting Sky Cinema fo £5.99/month for 6 months, it is 40% off on the offers page, but new customers only.

Thanks for the heads up on the phone charges. I should get the deal as I’m a new customer. Bugger it I think I’ll just cancel and go elsewhere not getting anywhere and not worth the hassle.

Just double checked the website and there is an 0330 number which is charged at normal rate.
