We couldn't process your payment but it still take money out

I just went to get the Cinema Membership but saw a deal for Cinema and Entertainment 39%/40% off for 6 months thought sweet so getting it but every time I try to check out it's just saying.

We couldn't process your payment

Something went wrong, please try again

And here is my problem with that even though it's saying that I've still had £5 taken out of my bank because of the first verification, part of the payment like if it couldn't process my payment why did it still take money from me? 

Does anyone know how I can get the money back or something? because I can't afford to just lose £5 on nothing.

You need to speak to staff via live chat. Which can be accessed by clicking “chat online” within the green box, don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
