When you go to My Account > Bills & Payments whats showing for your next due cinema pass payment is it zero £0 charge or £11.99 ?
Have you cancelled your movie pass by any chance where some vouchers you need to cancel in the last 30 days of the voucher finishing to ensure that you get the full 3 month duration of the pass.
If you have already cancelled the cinema pass is there an option to restart it under My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here ?
