3 month pass not on account

While in the process of cancelling my entertainment pass I was offered 3 months free cinema. As free is always good I took up the offer. Initially my account showed free pass would run out on 4th March 2020 but now there is nothing there at all. I'm just a bit confused

There’s a bug in how this is being shown at the moment which makes Passes ‘disappear’ from Passes & vouchers.

 

So go through from that page to Bills & payments, and see if your upcoming month is billed at £0. If it is, your ‘disappeared’ Pass is still active.

 

And maybe there will be something there that will also tell you that you have three months free? Or maybe not.

 

Anyway, have a look there and tell us what you see.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Did as advised. Nothing at all there about the pass. All v strange. I'm not imagining this by the way as I told my friend about it at the time

I tried live chat to tell them that the offer was for FREE 3 months and not £4.80 as that is how much they will charge me, I cancelled the pass straightaway and no one believes me that I was offered 3 FREE MONTHS of Cinema Pass.  The offer was correct for 20 seconds , payment due in January was £0.00 and then again when I checked payment due was £4.80 ?!? I tried multiple agents and no one believes that the offer exists???
