Refund - Son Purchased Pack In Error

Hi,

My 1 year old son got the remote just now and purchased the enterntainment pass. Dont ask.

I have requested it to cancel but we now have it for 1 month and £7.99 charge, as its been a matter of minutes can Now TV refund me and cancel we off straight away! 

This is tne 2nd time its happened so any advice on how to limit who can order as it appears as soon as you pick a channel you dont have it just accepts and bills you for a month.

It would be a good idea to set up a pin number in your account to stop this from happening in the future. Hopefully Nowtv will refund you due to the mistake.
