My phone line was cut through by workmen, so I contacted NOW by phone. After the issue was resolved, the rep said I could go back to a lower monthly rate (£10 less), howver my latest bill shows the same payment was taken (not £10 less). How do I contact Now to discuss this? I can't find an email address or a way to chat online. Thank you
