I am having problems with trying to put new payment card details onto my NOW Broadband account after changing my bank. On my account it says they have no saved payment card (even through I have had NOW broadband for two years & monthly payments have been taken from my old credit card every month). I have tried to put my new debit card details onto the account but every time it comes up with a message saying 'error in saving address try again later'. The home address I am using is correct & the same as that used for the debit card. I have also tried with a credit card & get the same error messgae.
Having read about other people having the same problem I tried the solution offered by some by putting 00 before my single digit house number in the address but still got same error message. I even rang the NOW Broadband helpline phone number & went through to the change payment detail options & imputted my new payment card details & got an automated voice that said my payment details had been successfully updated. However, when i check my NOW account online it still says I have no payment card saved . I have used my debit & credit cards on other companies online accounts with no problems so there is something wrong with the NOW website.
People have been reporting problems with updating payment details in NOW online accounts since 2019 & it still has not been resolved. Any suggestions would be appreciated as my monthly broadband payment is due soon & will not be paid as I cannot save my payment card in my NOW acccount.

Also having this exact same issue. They tried updating details over the phone and it is still not showing in the payment details section.
Anyone any advise on this for a solution.
