Entertainment Pass not activated

I signed up for NOW TV broadband today. As part of the offer I'm supposed to get 3 months free Entertainment Pass. However when I open Now TV I don't have it.

 

The broadband isn't being installed in my house for another two weeks but I think I should still be able to access the Entertainment package on my devices until then. Am I doing something wrong?

Reading the forum quite a few people seem to be having trouble receiving their 3 month entertainment pass where i am assuming they are complying with the T&C's with the offer (especially the bit about having less than 30 days on an existing entertainment pass currently on your account).
