I just want a now staff member to help me ffs.

i try and watch tv and i get that stupid error message.

This shouldn’t be this difficult to speak to somebody.

3 days after buying my firestick and paying for my now tv entertainment pass and I still can’t watch nothing because I can’t bloody speak to anybody to bloody help me 🤦🏽‍♂️

And you wont get staff speaking with you. See this link for the purpose of the forum.

Is your fire stick fully updated?

Have you tried unplugging the router and fire stick for a few minutes.

To speak with staff you need live chat. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
